SALE RULES: NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS‼️ RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We understand items may not fit, and you may need a smaller or larger size. We ask that you mail it back ASAP in order to receive your merchandise credit.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Non-returnable merchandise includes: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits, bodysuit sets, masks, any sets including a mask, and all accessories.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements, including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, and smoke.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to The J Elayne.
5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. TheJElayne.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip, no worries—you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
